The President of Campbell & Company, an investment company in Baltimore, Maryland, Stephen Roussin’s career in asset and wealth management extends more than 25 years. Prior to his position at Campbell & Company, he worked as the Managing Director, Head of Investment Solutions, Americas, for UBS Wealth Management. Joining the firm in 2004, he implemented and directed asset allocation, security selection, and portfolio construction. Stephen Roussin has used his acumen to oversee retirement plans, unit trusts, and product management as well. Before joining UBS, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for New York Life Investment Management LLC. While with the company, assets rose from $85 billion to almost $175 billion through growth and acquisitions. His duties included administering retirement businesses and different supporting facets of the firm, involving legal, finances, human resources, and compliance. Stephen Roussin also spent time at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC) as Senior Vice President, where he led product management, offshore funds, distribution, marketing, and shareholder servicing.
Stephen Roussin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1985 from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Upon graduation, his experience as a financial adviser was instrumental for setting the stage for his successful career. An avid golfer, Stephen Roussin sometimes travels internationally to play the game in different settings.
